Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use 77games. It is entirely your responsibility to comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

The rules governing deposits and withdrawals at 77games are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (three hundred BDT)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically 1–3 business days

Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be temporarily suspended.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account termination.

• If a system error is detected in a game result, the bet for that round will be voided and the amount refunded

• If your internet connection drops during a game, your session data will be saved

For Sports Betting, odds offered before an event begins are final. Odds may change during the event, and the updated odds will apply to live betting.

77games reserves the right to close or suspend an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Terms Violation
• Providing False Information
• KYC Verification Failure
• Suspicious Financial Activity
• Evidence of Fraud or Cheating

To close your account voluntarily, email support@77games.run. If you have a valid balance at the time of closure and no terms have been violated, your funds will be refunded.
